Chromatography

GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY
COUPLED TO MASS SPECTROMETRY
It allows the separation and identification of complex mixtures.
The mass spectrometer can operate in Full Scan mode (complete scan) or in SIM mode (observation of a previously selected ion or group of ions).
LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY
WITH FLUORESCENCE DETECTOR (HPLC-FL).
For compounds that exhibit natural fluorescence, as well as those that can be converted into fluorescent compounds.
- ION CHROMATOGRAPH WITH AMPEROMETRIC DETECTOR AND CONDUCTIVITY DETECTOR.
It is a variant of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). It is an effective method for the separation and determination of ions, based on the use of ion exchange resins.
Amperometric detector: measures the intensity generated when applying a potential sweep.
Conductivity detector: measures the conductance of the analyte ion when it passes through the conductivity cell.
