Work software: AnalystTM, allows total control of the LC/MS system and all its components; vacuum system, ionization sources, mass analyzer sweep conditions and data acquisition parameters, as well as control of other peripheral equipment or accessories such as chromatography systems (pumps, automatic injectors), syringe infusion pumps, valves, etc.
It is ready to quantify any type of molecule, to perform relative and absolute quantification.
Applications
The SCIEX TripleTOF systems available to the Service are suitable for academic and biopharmaceutical studies, due to their high resolution, sensitivity, dynamic range, linearity and flexibility.
- Metabolomics applied to analyzing biomolecules such as proteins, peptides, sugars, lipids and large organic molecules.
- The SWATH™ Acquisition 2.0 software allows you to identify and quantify peptides, proteins or other analytes of interest, with high qualitative quality and precise and reproducible quantification.
- Other data processing software, such as PROTEINPILOT, allows for a complete and in-depth analysis of samples, to understand and characterize their biological significance.
- Simultaneous research, identification and quantification applications.
- The SCIEX OS software has several databases with a multitude of compounds, grouped into several groups and/or families: pesticides, mycotoxins, antibiotics, metabolites, natural products, toxicants…
